Cancellation policy

By submitting a deposit, the customer acknowledges that the deposit secures inventory, production scheduling, and associated business costs. If the customer chooses to cancel their order, fails to complete the remaining balance payment, or otherwise decides not to proceed with the purchase, the deposit will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
